Docebo sells two plans, Elevate and Enterprise, both at custom pricing. Elevate lists multi-audience personalisation, white-labelled design, certification and compliance tracking, AI content creation, multilingual training with instant translation, admin and workflow automation, an AI assistant, learning insights, live, on-demand, mobile and social learning, and hundreds of integrations. Enterprise adds advanced analytics, integration of up to six tools, extended enterprise across up to ten domains, sandboxes, a branded mobile app, upgraded API limits, a dedicated database and elite support. It is bought through a sales process with onboarding.
Learner Journey covers the core of that list — AI content creation, an AI tutor, certificates, compliance reporting, live and on-demand learning, social features, multiple branded workspaces — without the enterprise layer: no SCORM import, no SAML SSO, no HR or CRM integrations, no branded app, no sandbox, no dedicated support. It adds what Docebo's pricing page does not mention: public event registration with tickets or invoices, check-in and attendance certificates; one-to-one bookings; AI coaches for spoken practice; a free plan.

When Docebo is the better choice
You train several audiences — employees, customers, partners, members — under one account with separate branded domains and shared reporting. You have SCORM content, need SSO, HR and CRM integrations, a branded app and a sandbox, and your security team expects a dedicated database and an enterprise support tier. A custom-priced annual contract with onboarding is how you buy, and you have the volume to justify it.
When Learner Journey is the better choice
You are a school, a trust, a professional body, a membership organisation or a small training team, not an enterprise L&D function. Your programme includes events outsiders register for, with tickets or invoices, check-in and attendance certificates; or bookings; or spoken practice with an AI coach. You want an AI tutor that cites your content. You want to start free today, pay a monthly subscription, and you can live without SCORM import, SAML SSO and enterprise integrations.

- Can I run customer, partner and staff training separately?

- Can I move my Docebo content across?
