- How do members get free access while non-members pay?
- List your members' email domains on an event and anyone registering from them gets a free place; everyone else pays the ticket price. For individual members without a shared domain, issue promo codes or complimentary tickets. Learning paths can be free inside the workspace and sold to the public.
- Does it integrate with our membership database or CRM?
- Not directly today. Members join the workspace by invitation or link, and email-domain rules and promo codes handle access. Attendee and completion data export to CSV for your CRM.
- Can members sign in with our existing accounts?
- Members sign in with email and password or with Google. Single sign-on with Microsoft or SAML is not available yet.
- Can we sell CPD courses to non-members?
- Yes. Learning paths can be sold as a one-off purchase or a subscription through your own Stripe account, and events can charge for tickets.
- Can members verify their certificates to an employer?
- Yes. Every certificate has a public verification page and a PDF; the member shares the link and the employer checks it without contacting you.
