Generic content, and no proof it landed
Off-the-shelf compliance libraries teach the law in general. Your risk is specific: your data-handling procedure, your safeguarding escalation route, your site's fire assembly point. Staff click through generic modules, pass a trivial quiz, and nothing about your actual procedure has been taught.

Upload the policy or procedure and Learner Journey drafts the course from it — pages, a quiz with explanations, an assessment with scoring bands — for you to correct and approve. Publish it as a learning path, assign it to a cohort with a due date and the mandatory flag, and put the assessment at the end with a pass threshold.
From there the record keeps itself. The compliance report shows completed, overdue and stale for every person on the path; nudges are sent from the report and logged; certificates issue on a pass with a public verification link. When the policy changes, regenerate the affected section and re-assign.

- Does it come with ready-made compliance courses?
- No. Learner Journey generates courses from your own documents rather than supplying a generic library. That is deliberate: the training teaches your procedure, and you can regenerate it when the procedure changes.
- Can the assessment be required before the certificate?
- Yes. Put a quiz or an outcome-based assessment at the end of the learning path with a pass threshold; the certificate issues on a pass.
- What does the auditor get?
- A CSV export of the compliance report — who completed, when, who is overdue or stale — plus the log of reminders sent and the certificates issued, each with a public verification page.
- Does it support SCORM?
- Learning paths can be exported as SCORM 1.2 or 2004 packages for delivery elsewhere. It does not import or play third-party SCORM content.
