Event Management & Ticketing
Publish an event, take registrations and sell tickets — without bolting three separate tools together.
No credit card required. Free plan available.
Free registration or paid tickets, with promo codes
Take free registrations or sell tickets through Stripe, with the money going straight to your own account rather than sitting with us. Set a capacity and the event closes when it is full — with a waiting list that fills places automatically as people drop out. Promo codes can take a percentage off or make a ticket completely free for speakers, sponsors and staff, and anyone with an email address at one of your listed domains gets in free.
Guests register without creating an account
Asking a first-time attendee to sign up for a platform before they can book a seat is where registrations die. Public events at /e/your-event need just a name and email — everything else is optional. Add your own registration questions and the answers come back on the attendee list, and guests get a link to view or cancel their own place.
A reusable speaker library
Keep speakers, their bios and headshots in one place and drop them into any event. Each event snapshots its line-up at the time, so updating a speaker bio next year never silently rewrites the history of an event you ran last year.
Calendar invites and reminders that send themselves
Every confirmation carries an ICS calendar invite so the event lands in Outlook, Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, and if you move the date or venue everyone registered gets an updated invite. Choose your reminder lead times — a week, a day, an hour before — and they send themselves. If you have to cancel, one step emails everyone who booked, with your own message included.
Embed the event anywhere you already have an audience
Every event gets a public page, and an embeddable widget you can paste into an existing site — including one that is nothing to do with Learner Journey. On the day, check people in from the attendee list; afterwards, export it to CSV with attendance, and email everyone from the workspace list registrants join automatically.
How it works
- 1
Describe the event
Give AI a sentence about what you are running and it drafts the title, description and tags; pick or generate a cover image from your library. Set the timezone, capacity and whether it is online or in person — or save it as a draft and come back to it.
- 2
Choose free or paid
Turn on ticketing and connect Stripe if you are charging. Add promo codes and any registration questions you need answered.
- 3
Share the link
Publish the public page, embed the widget on your existing site, and let the reminder emails and calendar invites run themselves.

Frequently asked questions
- Can attendees register without creating an account?
- Yes. Public events accept guest registration with just a name and email address, so first-time attendees are never asked to sign up for the platform before they can book a place.
- Can I sell tickets, and where does the money go?
- You can sell paid tickets through Stripe Connect. Payments go directly to your own connected Stripe account rather than being held by Learner Journey. Capacity is checked before checkout starts and again when the ticket is issued, and full events take a waiting list.
- Do you support discount and complimentary tickets?
- Yes. Promo codes can apply a percentage discount or make a ticket 100% free, which is how most people handle speakers, sponsors and staff places.
- Do attendees get a calendar invite and reminders?
- Yes. Every confirmation email attaches an ICS calendar invite that works with Outlook, Google Calendar and Apple Calendar, and reminder emails go out at the lead times you choose. If you change the date or venue, registrants are emailed an updated invite automatically.
- Can I put the event on a website I already have?
- Yes. Every event has a public page and an embeddable widget, so you can drop registration into an existing website without moving it to Learner Journey.
- Can I export the attendee list?
- Yes. Attendees, including their answers to any custom registration questions, export to CSV. Registrants can also be added to a workspace email list for future announcements.
