Certification that can be checked
Every certificate Learner Journey issues — for attendance at an event, a quiz pass or a completed learning path — is a PDF on your own design with a public verification page. A member sends the link; an employer or regulator checks it without contacting you. Assessments carry a pass threshold, so a completion certificate means the standard was met, not that the pages were opened.
Around that: events with member-free places and paid public tickets, learning paths sold to non-members as one-off or subscription, an AI tutor that answers members' questions with citations to your standards and guidance, and a public site for the open parts of the programme. Learner Journey does not yet keep a CPD-hours ledger or expire certificates on a cycle; the pages below describe what it does instead.

Frequently asked questions
- Can certificates carry our own branding and wording?
- Yes. The certificate designer sets the layout, logo and wording, including any CPD hours or reference numbers you want stated.
- Do certificates expire?
- Not automatically. A certificate can be revoked by the issuer, and the compliance report flags training that has gone stale so renewals surface; there is no expiry date on the certificate itself today.
- Can we require an assessment before certifying?
- Yes. Put a quiz or an outcome-based assessment with a pass threshold at the end of the learning path; the certificate issues on completion.
