Learning that members cannot prove and the body cannot see
Most professional bodies deliver excellent learning through a patchwork: a conference platform, a webinar tool, a PDF library, an exam provider. Members end up with certificates in inboxes that an employer cannot verify, and the body cannot answer "how many members completed the ethics update this year?" without a data project.
The credential is the product. If it cannot be checked, or the body cannot show who holds it, the programme is worth less than it should be.

In Learner Journey, a CPD course is a learning path that ends in an assessment with a pass threshold; a pass issues a certificate on your template with a public verification page that an employer or regulator can check without contacting you. A CPD event takes registrations — free for members by email domain, paid for everyone else — records attendance at check-in and issues attendance certificates automatically. Each member has a progress page; the body sees completion per path and attendance per event, exportable to CSV.
Around that: an AI tutor that answers members' questions with citations to your own standards and guidance, AI drafting of course content from those documents, learning paths sold to non-members as one-off or subscription, and a public site under your domain for the open parts of the programme.

Frequently asked questions
- Can certificates carry our reference numbers and CPD hours?
- Yes. The certificate designer controls layout, logo and wording, so hours, reference numbers and the assessing body can be stated. Learner Journey does not itself total hours across activities.
- Can we revoke a certificate?
- Yes. An issued certificate can be revoked by the issuer, and its public verification page reflects that. Certificates do not expire automatically.
- How do members get free access while the public pays?
- List your members' email domains on an event for free places, or issue promo codes and complimentary tickets. Learning paths can be free inside the workspace and sold to the public.
- Does it integrate with our membership CRM?
- Not directly. Members join by invitation or link; attendee and completion data export to CSV for your CRM.
- Can members sign in with our existing accounts?
- Email/password and Google sign-in. Microsoft, SAML and OIDC single sign-on are not yet available.
