These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Learner Journey platform (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register for an account on learnerjourney.com. A school, college or other organisation may invite learners under 18 into its own workspace; in that case the organisation is responsible for obtaining any parental or guardian consent required, must set the workspace’s audience to “under-18s” or “mixed” in its AI & safety settings, and remains responsible for the learners it invites. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep your account details up to date.
You agree to use Learner Journey legally and ethically. You must not:
Ventures Anywhere Limited reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
Learner Journey includes features that use artificial intelligence (“AI Features”): an AI tutor, AI coaches, AI replies in website live chat, and tools that generate text, images, audio, video, quizzes and other content. AI Features are provided to assist you; they can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing anything an AI Feature produces before you rely on it or publish it, and content you publish remains your content under these Terms.
You must not use AI Features to produce unlawful, harmful, deceptive or infringing content, to generate the likeness of a real person without their consent, or to attempt to circumvent the safety controls. Requests may be refused, moderated, held for review by a person, or reported to a workspace administrator. We log the use of AI Features (who used which feature, when, and whether it was refused) to keep the Service safe and to control cost.
AI Features never make a decision about you on their own. Where an AI Feature summarises a job application or assesses a quiz, a person reviews the summary and makes the decision. If you believe an AI Feature has produced something about you that is wrong, you can report it from within the feature or contact us.
You retain ownership of the content you create and upload. However, you grant Ventures Anywhere Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, host, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
All other content and platform assets remain the intellectual property of Ventures Anywhere Limited.
Some features of Learner Journey may require payment. Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscription terms, renewal options, and cancellation rights will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.
Refunds are only issued where required by law.
While we strive for continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, enhance, or modify the platform at any time and without prior notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventures Anywhere Limited will not be liable for:
Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months for use of the Service.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Notice and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or applicable laws.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the English courts.
