All other content and platform assets remain the intellectual property of Ventures Anywhere Limited.

5. Payment and Subscription

Some features of Learner Journey may require payment. Prices are stated in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Subscription terms, renewal options, and cancellation rights will be clearly communicated at the point of purchase.

Refunds are only issued where required by law.

6. Service Availability and Changes

While we strive for continuous uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, enhance, or modify the platform at any time and without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ventures Anywhere Limited will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of income, data, or business opportunity
• Any issues resulting from user-generated content

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total amount paid by you in the previous 12 months for use of the Service.

9. Termination
