Online Collaborative Whiteboard
A shared canvas your learners can actually draw on — in the same place as their courses, not in a separate tool you pay for twice.

Everyone on the same canvas, at the same time
Open a board and whoever else has it open appears alongside you, so you can see who is in the room before you start talking. Edits sync as they happen rather than on a save button. Access is per person and per role: some people can draw, others can only watch, and a view-only link is safe to send to a whole cohort.
Describe a topic, get a diagram you can take apart
Type a topic and the AI lays out a mind map, flowchart, timeline, concept map, decision tree or SWOT grid on the canvas. It arrives as real shapes and arrows rather than a flat picture, so you can drag a node, rewrite a label or delete the half you disagree with — and the arrows stay attached to the boxes when you move them. Ask for a picture instead — a labelled triangle, the graph of a function, a plant cell, the quadratic formula with a worked example — and the AI draws it with the board's own lines, shapes, brush strokes and text, so every part stays editable.
Generate text, images, video and music onto the board
The same AI tools that build your courses work on the canvas. Draft an explanation, generate an illustration, produce a short video clip or a piece of background music, and it lands where you are already working instead of in a downloads folder you then have to upload from.
Pull in video, podcasts and audio
Drop a video from one of your channels, an episode from one of your podcasts, or an audio file straight onto the board as a playable card. A board can then hold a whole session — the diagram you drew, the clip you referred to and the notes people added — instead of being a picture of one moment in it.
Embed a board in a course, or export it
A whiteboard can be embedded as a block in a course page, a site page or a post, either as a still preview or as a pannable read-only canvas. When you need it somewhere else entirely, export the board as a PNG or an SVG.
How it works
- 1
Create a board
Start a blank canvas from your workspace, or add one as a block inside a course page.
- 2
Draw it or generate it
Sketch with the normal whiteboard tools, describe a topic and let the AI lay out a diagram, or describe a picture, figure or equation and let the AI draw it with the same lines, shapes and text you would use yourself.
- 3
Share or embed
Invite people to edit or view, embed the board where your learners already are, or export it as an image.

Frequently asked questions
- Can several people edit the same whiteboard at once?
- Yes. Everyone with edit access can work on the board at the same time, changes appear as they are made, and you can see who else currently has the board open.
- Can I stop people editing a board I share?
- Yes. Access is granted per person as either edit or view-only, so you can send a board to a whole group to read without any risk of someone moving your diagram around.
- What kinds of diagram can the AI create?
- Mind maps, flowcharts, timelines, concept maps, decision trees and SWOT or 2x2 matrices. Each one is generated as editable shapes and connectors on the canvas rather than as an image.
- Can I put a whiteboard inside a course?
- Yes. A board can be embedded as a block in a course page, a public site page or a post, shown either as a preview or as a read-only canvas learners can pan around.
- Can I get a board out of the platform?
- Yes. Any board exports as a PNG or an SVG, so it can go into a slide deck, a document or a printout.
