- No. Learner Journey records the activity — attendance, completion, assessment results, certificates — rather than a running total of hours. State hours on certificates and events, and export completion data to CSV if a professional body needs a return.
- Can managers see their team's development?
- Workspace admins see completion per learning path in the compliance report and per learner in the gradebook, with CSV export. Learners see their own progress page.
- How does AI coaching work?
- You configure a coach with a brief and a knowledge base — your framework, your scenarios. Learners hold a spoken practice conversation with it and receive a transcript and structured feedback afterwards.
- Can we combine live and online development?
