A calendar is not a programme
Twelve webinars, a conference and a folder of guidance is a calendar. It becomes a programme when a member can see what they have done, when attendance leads somewhere, and when the organisation can show the board what its CPD offer delivered. Ticketing tools stop at the door and PDF libraries do not know who read what.
Event, follow-up, certificate, record
Publish each CPD session as an event: members register free by email domain, non-members buy a ticket, organisations pay by invoice. Check attendees in on the day and attendance certificates go out automatically with a public verification link. Attach the follow-up — the slides, the reading, a short quiz — as a learning path assigned to attendees, with completion tracked. Each member's progress page shows their sessions, paths and certificates; the organisation sees attendance per event and completion per path, exportable to CSV.
Content can be drafted with AI from your own guidance, and an AI tutor answers members' questions from it with citations.

Frequently asked questions
- Does it track CPD hours per member?
- Not as a running total. It records attendance, completion, results and certificates; hours can be stated on each certificate and event, and the data exports to CSV.
- Can non-members buy access?
- Yes — event tickets and learning paths (one-off or subscription) sell through your own Stripe account; organisations can register by invoice.
- Do members need to be imported from our database?
- Members join by invitation or link. Email-domain rules give them free places at events; there is no direct CRM integration today.
- Can a regional branch run its own events?
- Yes. Branch organisers can be added as collaborators on their events or made workspace admins, or a branch can have its own workspace under the Pro plan.
