Two ways to charge for a course platform
LearnWorlds prices by plan tier, with the tiers gating the things a growing academy needs: the Starter plan carries a $5 fee on each paid enrolment, one admin and 1,000 active learners a month; Pro Trainer removes the enrolment fee and adds certificates, subscriptions, learning paths and 20 SCORM uploads with five admins; Learning Center adds full white-label, 25 admins, 10 client groups, automations and scheduled reports; Corporate is custom. Every plan includes the AI course builder, unlimited video hosting, a community, live sessions and selling on your own domain.
Learner Journey prices by subscription and does not gate the training essentials: learning paths, assessments, certificates with public verification, events and the AI course creator are on the free plan; paid plans add AI credits, more workspaces, analytics, team management and custom branding. There is no enrolment fee and no admin cap.
