- Can members attend free while non-members pay?
- Yes. List your members' email domains for free places; everyone else pays the ticket price. Promo codes and complimentary tickets cover individual cases.
- Can the certificate state CPD hours?
- Yes — the certificate template and wording are yours, so hours and reference numbers can be shown. Learner Journey does not total hours across events.
- Do I lose the public event page and embed?
- No. Every event has a public page and an embeddable registration widget for your own website.
- What does Learner Journey not do?
- It does not import or play third-party SCORM packages (it exports them), has no xAPI/LRS, offers email/password and Google sign-in only (no SAML or Microsoft SSO yet), supports one ticket price per event, and has no direct CRM or membership-database integration. If any of those is essential, say so on a demo and we will tell you honestly whether it fits.
