The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for generating new business leads and nurturing existing relationships, contributing directly to the growth and success of Webanywhere.
Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls to prospective clients (schools, businesses, public sector organisations) to introduce Webanywhere's digital learning solutions.
- Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening.
- Developing a strong understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition.
- Scheduling appointments and demonstrations for the Business Development Managers.
- Maintaining and updating the CRM system with accurate and timely information on all sales activities and customer interactions.
- Working closely with the wider sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Attending regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a telesales or sales-focused role, preferably within the education technology or SaaS industry.
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Resilience, persistence, and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly in CRM management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A genuine interest in technology and its application in learning and development.
